LINKING MACHINE FOR SOCKS MODEL ROSSO 025 SMART ELECTRONIC SUPER
Straight-line linking machine for closing the toe of men's and children's socks, with high production capacity and high stitching quality. Equipped with a Super sock-guide conveyor with a sock self-alignment device, which compensates for any differences in the preparation of the rows of stretch yarn. This patented conveyor gives the right to the license to prepare socks according to the Rosso process which allows for obtaining a seam comparable to stitch linking. Furthermore, it is possible to tilt the drive chains upwards to facilitate the removal of any threads wrapped around the chain pinions without requiring the conveyor to be dismantled.
The transmission parts and sewing heads are in an oil bath with built-in chain cutters and are completely self-lubricating.

The sewing heads can be raised to facilitate the threading of the needles. The linking machine is equipped with micro switches to stop the machine in case of needle breakage and safety micro switches after sewing. The trimming knife, the opening of the conveyor blades and the height of the conveyor can be adjusted via the TOUCH SCREEN and are immediately memorized and associated with an article number. THE UPPER PART OF THE MACHINE IS FIXED.
