Straight-line linking machine for closing the toe of men's and children's socks in all gauges, with high production capacity and high stitching quality. This model is equipped with a sock-guide conveyor with a self-aligning device for the socks, which compensates for any differences in the preparation of the rows of stretch yarn. This patented conveyor allows for obtaining a seam comparable to point-to-point linking. Furthermore, it is possible to tip the drive chains upwards to facilitate the removal of any threads wrapped around the chain pinions without requiring the conveyor to be dismantled.

Device that automatically turns linked socks of any gauge and size. Fine and delicate socks, embroidered and perforated with loose threads, tennis and basketball type terry socks, are not damaged in the slightest during the turning operation. In fact, thanks to the “TERRY SOCKS” device and the special shape of the toothed belts, the pressure exerted on the sock is relatively low, because it is distributed over a large contact surface. The Ultraturn 3000 is a highly reliable, versatile, easy-to-use machine that does not require qualified personnel. The operating cycle is extremely fast and is controlled by an electronic card with a microprocessor that manages the programmed sequence without having to make any adjustments. It is equipped with a pneumatic ejector for unloading socks into large containers. The Ultraturn 3000 connected to the Rosso 025 with manual adjustment is equipped with two sock counters: a daily production totalizer and the other pre-selector to stop the machine at a pre-set quantity of socks. The Ultraturn 3000 connected to the Rosso 025 Electronic displays the socks produced on the programmer display. It records the production of each individual item and the total daily production. The pre-selector can be set from the keyboard for all items, at the desired quantities. On request: sock selector, non-turn device for socks that must not be turned inside out, electronic meter for regulating the shaft speed.
